Registering Online is Fast, Easy and Accurate

Online registration is the preferred method of signing up for camp. Online, you can get the most current information on camp availability. You will need to have an account in order to register online.

• Click on Register Now to go to the Login page.
• First time user: Click Continue and follow the instructions.
• Returning user: Enter your email address and password and click Continue. 

Payment options:

Resident Camp:

• Payment in full at the time of registration.  (Note: Required after May 1 and with February 28 Early Bird option.)
• $100 deposit plus other cart options; final payment required by May 1. 
  • Pay balance using your online account or
  • Authorize automatic billing of your credit card on May 1.

Day Camp:  Payment in full required at the time of registration.

Waiting Lists (resident camps only):  Join a waiting list online for just $10. It's our experience that space often becomes available and upon successful transfer into the desired session, that $10 is credited toward the camp fee.  Please call with any questions. 

 

CFAR:  Purchasing CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), required at time of registration, provides full refund at any time before camper check-in begins. Read more about CFAR and our cancellation policy.

Registration by Mail or Fax:
Fill out the registration form (download it here). Please include your credit card and billing information in the payment area of the printed registration form or pay by check. Fill out the form completely.Remember to sign the Medical Consent form and fill in the Insurance information as your child will not be able to attend camp without it. Note:  Be sure to write in the appropriate coupon code if choosing the Early Bird option. Purchasing CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), required at time of registration, provides full refund at any time before camper check-in begins. Read more about CFAR and our cancellation policy.

In case of delivery/transmission failure, please call the office if you do not receive confirmation within one week.
